如何写好 AI 提示词
为 AI 模板写出清晰的提示词：结构、标点、权重、负向提示词和现成示例。
提示词是告诉 AI 要生成什么的文字。清晰的提示词能让每场活动的结果都稳定、可控。本指南介绍在使用文字提示词的 AI 模板中可以用到的结构、标点和权重，并附有现成示例。
基本原则
- 主提示词用英文编写。动态提示词 中给宾客的问题可以用任何语言，但提示词本身用英文效果最好。
- 使用简单的结构：
[Style/Theme], [Descriptive elements], [Techniques]。 - 使用逗号分隔的关键词，避免长句，除非需要交代上下文。
- 保持简短：通常一到两行就够了。
示例：surreal landscape, swirling clouds, bold contrasting colors, impasto brush strokes, dramatic depth, crisp detail
关键词还是指令？
提示词有两种写法，各有用处：

| 关键词 | night street fashion, neon bokeh, rim light, 50mm lens, cinematic | 描述某种风格或场景，并希望用标点和权重精细控制（本指南内容）。 |
| 指令 | Change the clothes of the people in this photo to … Keep the same people … Do not add anyone. | 模板要修改宾客自己的照片（例如 AI Offline 的 Re-Imagine，或 AI Online 的图片 → 图片模型），并且宾客必须仍然认得出来。 |
无论哪种写法，都要用真实照片测试每个提示词：单人、情侣和多人。并非所有 AI 模型对标点和权重的反应都相同，请用您自己的模板检查效果。
各标点的作用

提示词权重
权重告诉 AI 某个词有多重要。

可以组合使用：a (cat:2.0), ((playful)), a [eyes:0.7], (curious)
找到效果好的权重后就保留下来；测试时每次只改一个数值。
合照：保持男女原样
在合照中，AI 模型容易偏向女性面孔。用权重防止男性被变成女性（具体数值可根据整个提示词调整）：
(man:1.6) or (woman:1.1)
如果有戴头巾（hijab）的宾客：
(man:1.6) or (woman:1.1) or (hijab woman:0.7)
- 确保提示词中的人数和性别与预期的照片一致。
- 多人模板请加上
group shot。
负向提示词
部分 AI Offline 模板在普通提示词旁会显示 负向提示词 栏，用来列出结果中应避免的内容。它是可选的：保持简短、相关。

把每个方括号部分换成您自己的词，例如 [lighting] → soft key light。

保存前检查清单
- 主提示词为英文。
- 遵循
[Style], [Descriptive], [Techniques]结构。 - 权重正确，且没有改动已经验证有效的权重。
- 人数和性别一致。
- 每个标点都按其作用使用。
- 负向提示词（如有）简短且相关。
- 已用真实照片测试：单人、情侣和多人。
把效果好的提示词保存到 提示词库，以便在其他模板中重复使用。
